Korean media: Yoon Suk-yeol's legal team reports 11 people including the director of the execution and detention office
ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, on the 6th local time, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol's legal team reported to the prosecution regarding the detention of President Yoon Suk-yeol by the High-ranking Public Officials Crime Investigation Office (SPO) and filed a complaint against SPO Director Woo Dong-yeon and 10 others.
According to reports, the legal team submitted the complaint to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office on the morning of the same day. The subjects of the complaint include Woo Dong-yeon, Deputy Chief of the National Police Agency (acting Chief), Lee Ho-young, and Deputy Minister of National Defense (acting Minister), Kim Sun-ho, among others. The legal team claims that the SPO does not have the authority to direct the police in handling cases, yet recently attempted to direct the Special Investigation Team of the National Police Agency to detain and search Yoon Suk-yeol, which constitutes illegal behavior.
