ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, on January 5 local time, the South Korean court rejected the objection application filed by Yoon Suk-yeol's side regarding the execution of the arrest warrant.
Yoon Suk-yeol's lawyer, Yoon Gap-geun, submitted an objection application to the Seoul Western District Court on the 2nd regarding the execution of the arrest warrant and the seizure search warrant.
Yoon Gap-geun stated that the arrest warrant and search warrant issued by the court on December 31, 2024, could not be executed due to violations of the Criminal Procedure Act and the Constitution, and requested the court to rule against the execution.
