Andre Cronje: Sonic is running in "safe mode," and 1620 TPS has not reached its peak
ChainCatcher news, Sonic Labs co-founder Andre Cronje posted on X that the Sonic network has not yet reached full operational speed (running in "safety mode" until enough validators migrate over), but it has already independently measured 850 TPS.
Data disclosed by sealaunch.xyz shows that on December 18, TPS reached a maximum of 1620. Cronje stated, "1620 TPS, not yet the maximum, independently measured. Sonic is a new paradigm."
