WEEX Exchange WE-Launch launches Pudgy Penguins, airdropping 350,000 PENGU to WXT holders

Users who invest ≥ 1,000 WXT before 15:00 UTC+8 on December 25 will be able to share airdrop of 350,000 PENGU based on their effective investment proportion.
