The Sophon mainnet is officially launched, introducing the first ZKsync Validium network based on Avail DA

2024年12月18日------The Sophon mainnet officially launches, introducing the first ZKsync Validium supported by Avail DA. Through the Sophon staking program, the total TVL has surpassed $500 million, while numerous well-known partners have gathered within the ecosystem. Sophon is paving new paths for scalable, consumer-centric blockchain applications.

This launch has received enthusiastic support from the community: over 5,800 independent participants purchased more than 120,000 node licenses, which are now available for claim. The $SOPH token goes live today (temporarily non-transferable), and during the initial phase, all transactions for users are free. Node holders will start earning rewards from January 1, 2025, and full transferability and trading functionality for the tokens are expected to be realized in the first quarter of 2025.
