Sui Bridge integrates Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP)

According to ChainCatcher news, the official announcement states that the Sui Bridge has now integrated Circle's cross-chain transfer protocol CCTP, enabling users to directly transfer USDC stablecoins between Sui and eight other blockchains.

In addition to the newly added Sui, CCTP also supports secure one-to-one USDC transfers between Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, Noble, OP Mainnet, Polygon PoS, and Solana. When users transfer USDC across chains, they only need to pay transaction fees on the source chain and the target chain. CCTP will burn the original USDC and mint new native USDC on the target chain. Since the value of USDC is pegged to the US dollar, CCTP does not require currency conversion.
