Zhao Changpeng: Binance invests in Twitter to support freedom of speech
ChainCatcher news, Binance co-founder Zhao Changpeng stated on platform X that Binance invested in Twitter based on four reasons:
- Support for free speech;
- (Small) entrepreneurs supporting (large) entrepreneurs;
- Investing in tools I use myself;
- Aligned mission: bringing web2 into web3.
Proud to provide funding for cryptocurrency to social platforms.
ChainCatcher previously reported, Zhao Changpeng previously stated, "I am happy to contribute to the acquisition of Twitter," and was then asked by the community: "Can it now be considered that Binance owns a stake in platform X?" In response, Zhao Changpeng said, "Holding a small stake."
