韩国总统尹锡悦发表国民谈话为紧急戒严辩解

尹锡悦说，在野党所作所为威胁宪政，作为总统采取紧急戒严措施不是为了破坏国家的宪政秩序，而是为了向国民告知国家处于危机的状况，守护宪政秩序并恢复国家宪法。他指责在野党诬陷自己“内乱罪”、大搞弹劾，并表示无论是弹劾还是调查，都会奉陪到底。(金十)
