Ripple CEO: The 2024 election is a "major victory" for cryptocurrency
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse stated in an interview with "60 Minutes" that the 2024 election is a "major victory" for cryptocurrency, as most candidates supported by cryptocurrency political action committees (PACs) won their seats.
He believes this is a bipartisan effort, as cryptocurrency itself is nonpartisan, and pointed out that the digital asset bill FIT21 has received bipartisan support. He stated, "In the congressional races, 85% of the 29 Republicans and 33 Democrats supported by the industry won. That's incredible."
