BTIG 高管：即便美 SEC 进行人事变动但未来仍存在“管辖权之争”
ChainCatcher 消息，BTIG 政策研究主管 Isaac Boltansky 表示，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）即将迎来人事变动，如果参议院批准，Paul Atkins 将接替 Gary Gensler，任期五年。
但 Isaac Boltansky 警告，尽管美 SEC 进行了人事变动，但未来仍将存在“管辖权之争”，并指出该机构和美国商品期货交易委员会有时会在加密货币监管问题上发生争执，因为“厨房里有太多厨师，他们无法就自己在做什么达成一致”。
此外加密货币是否应归类为证券这一关键问题仍在法庭上审理，超出了美国联邦监管机构的管辖范围，下一届国会将以共和党微弱优势领先，至少可能会对稳定币做出更明确的规定。
