The Security Investigation Team of the National Investigation Agency stated that Police Chief Jo Ji-ho, Seoul Police Chief Kim Bong-sik, and National Assembly Security Chief Muk Hyun-tae were reported for participating in the lockdown of the National Assembly after declaring a state of emergency on the 3rd of this month, thus their phones were confiscated for investigation.
