Cryptocurrency AI company GAIB completes $5 million Pre-Seed funding round, led by Hack VC

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the platform Gaib, which creates financial infrastructure for AI computing, announced the completion of a $5 million seed round financing. This financing was co-led by Hack VC, Faction, and Hashed, with strategic follow-on investments from well-known institutions including Spartan, CMCC, L2IV, Animoca Brands, IVC, MH Ventures, Presto, J17, IDG Capital, 280 Capital, Aethir, and Near Foundation, as well as support from several angel investors.

GAIB aims to provide more liquidity and accessibility for AI computing by tokenizing GPU assets. GAIB has completed prototype development and will launch a pilot project this month, with plans to release the Alpha product and platform token within the next two months. The platform will support multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Base, and BNB Chain. Headquartered in Singapore, GAIB currently has 19 employees and plans to further expand the team to drive research and development as well as marketing.
