韩国戒严司令部发布一号戒严令
ChainCatcher 消息，据金十报道，韩国戒严司令部发布一号戒严令宣布从 2024 年 12 月 3 日 23：00 起在韩国全境公布以下事项：
- 禁止国会和地方议会、政党的活动和政治结社、集会、示威等一切政治活动。
- 禁止假新闻、捏造舆论、虚假煽动。
- 所有的言论和出版都受戒严司令部控制。
- 禁止造成社会混乱的罢工、怠工、集会行为。
- 包括实习和住院医生在内的正在罢工或离开岗位的所有医务人员在 48 小时内回到本职工作，如果违反，将根据戒严法进行处罚。
- 除了反国家势力等体制颠覆势力外，普通国民将尽量减少日常生活的不便。
对于违反上述戒严令者，可以根据大韩民国戒严法第 9 条（戒严司令官特别措施权），在没有逮捕令的情况下进行逮捕、拘禁、扣押搜查，并根据戒严法第 14 条进行处罚。
