Event highlights: The Last One countdown reward mechanism

Phase 1: Each transaction purchasing more than 1,000 SIDE tokens will trigger a 10-minute countdown. If no one purchases by the end of the countdown, the buyer will directly win a reward of 1,000,000 SIDE; if other users purchase during the countdown, the timer will reset until a winner is determined.
