韩国计划在 2025 年推行 20% 的加密税，并提高免税限额

最初，对加密货币收益征收 20% 的税（加上地方税为 22%）原定于 2022 年 1 月 1 日生效。由于投资者和行业专家的强烈反对，该计划已两次推迟至 2025 年 1 月 1 日。 据当地媒体报道，尽管有讨论和提议进一步推迟，其中有人建议从 2028 年开始实施，但韩国民主党 (DPK) 仍致力于按时实施税收计划。
不过，该党正在对该计划进行修改，将 250 万韩元（1,795 美元）以下加密货币收益的税收减免限额提高至 5000 万韩元（35,919 美元）。 民主党计划于 11 月 25 日在国会税务小组委员会和 11 月 26 日的国会全体会议上通过修改方案。
