PermaHacks is an online hackathon event hosted by Weavers, where the AO official team, in collaboration with multiple ecological projects, released 7 sets of bounty tasks, with a total prize pool of up to $22,500.

After two weeks of building and discussions, developers submitted their respective MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). Now, let's quickly review the winning projects.

Everlink

Everlink is a decentralized link management platform based on Arweave, similar to Linktree. Users can choose different templates, add social links, and create personalized pages.

The platform is supported by the ArNS domain name system, allowing users to create exclusive .ar subdomains to showcase important links, social accounts, and personal information. Page content is permanently stored, immutable, and supports one-click sharing to social platforms like X.

In the future, Everlink intends to expand social features, add paid subscriptions and tipping, helping creators monetize their content.

Qpay

Qpay is a customer-facing decentralized payment application that utilizes $qAR for fast and secure payments on the AO network. Qpay operates through an invoicing system, where invoices are not only used for information exchange but also contain payment and transaction data, ensuring transaction records are transparent and reliable.

Users can complete payments by scanning QR codes for quick interactions. Currently, the wallet functionality of Qpay is still under development and has not yet integrated the signing feature. In the future, the platform will further optimize to achieve a secure and convenient payment experience.

Qbit-pay

Qbit-pay is a decentralized payment solution based on AO, inspired by payment solutions like Solana Pay. It utilizes $qAR to provide a secure and transparent payment experience, specifically designed for digital goods and services within the AO ecosystem.

By integrating qbit-sdk, Qbit-pay generates payment URLs containing transaction details, which are converted into QR codes. Users can scan the QR code using the Qbit-pay browser extension, which directly redirects them to the ArConnect wallet to sign the transaction and complete the payment process.

Secretorium

Secrettory is a decentralized secret management tool based on the AO network, designed for team collaboration, facilitating the secure sharing of sensitive information such as passwords and API keys. Through a registration process, key-value storage, and access control list (ACL) modules, Secrettory allows users to specify access permissions for specific information, ensuring that only authorized users can view critical secrets.

In simple terms, Secrettory is a secure and reliable collaboration tool that helps teams efficiently manage and share sensitive information in a decentralized environment.

Iris

Iris is a decentralized short video platform based on WeaveVM, similar to TikTok, supporting content creators to publish short videos and receive user tips. All videos and information are stored on Arweave, with each video independently becoming an NFT, supporting trading and ownership transfer.

Users can create channels, publish videos, like, comment, and tip using TWVM tokens, with creators able to withdraw their tip income. Iris provides creators with a decentralized platform that ensures content ownership, enhances interaction experience, and allows users to own tradable video assets while supporting creators.

WeaveMint

WeaveMint is an NFT minting platform based on Arweave, offering efficient, gas-free NFT minting services, with all NFT data permanently stored on Arweave.

The platform supports users to batch create NFTs compliant with the ERC721 standard through an ERC721 factory contract built on WeaveVM. Additionally, WeaveMint integrates Livepeer AI, allowing users to generate images simply by entering text prompts without manual uploads.

Better IDEa Copilot and Composer

Better IDEa Copilot and Composer is an intelligent programming tool integrated with an AI assistant within BetterIDEa (an online programming platform), designed to enhance developers' coding efficiency. It provides inline auto-completion features, where users can receive smart completion suggestions by pressing the Tab key while writing code. At the same time, the tool includes a built-in chat box, allowing developers to consult AI in real-time for tasks such as analyzing codebases, generating specific code snippets, or providing complete code solutions for direct application.

As the intelligent assistant of BetterIDEa, it further enhances programming intelligence, helping developers complete tasks more quickly and efficiently.

Junction

Junction is a link page creation tool based on AO, featuring permanent storage, memorable domain names, data analytics, and tipping functionalities. Users can log in without installing a wallet and set memorable ArNS domain names for their pages.

At the same time, Junction allows tipping through the qAR token and provides detailed analytics on views, clicks, and tips, helping users understand page interactions, making it ideal for users seeking long-term stable income.
