Harris campaign team spent $2.6 million in October to purchase private flights for staff
ChainCatcher news, according to Fox News, Federal Election Commission documents show that Vice President Harris's presidential campaign team spent $2.6 million on private flights in the final weeks of the election season. The cost of each expenditure ranged from $3,500 to $940,000, with $2.2 million going to a company called Private Jet Services Group and $430,000 going to charter brokerage firm Advanced Aviation Team.
These expenditures are just a small part of the financial decisions under strict scrutiny for the campaign. For example, after Oprah Winfrey spoke at a rally on October 15, Harris's team paid $1 million to the television star's production company.
