BONK plans to destroy one trillion BONK before Christmas

ChainCatcher message, BONK on X indicates that the DAO proposal has passed and completed the destruction of 100 billion BONK on the 15th, amounting to approximately 3.71 million USD. Yesterday, BonkDAO again posted on X stating that the large-scale destruction plan (BURNmas) began at 12:01 AM UTC on November 15 and will end at 12:01 AM UTC on December 24.

BONK core contributor @iamkadense stated: "77 trillion BONK have been destroyed, and the daily destruction amount is still increasing. In addition to the recently destroyed 100 billion BONK, another 1 trillion BONK will be destroyed during BURNmas, and the community may not stop there." These destroyed tokens will come from applications within the Solana ecosystem that utilize BONK to achieve one or more functions. According to the official post, these include the destruction from staking on Dragontail, sending Christmas cards using BONKmark, transactions conducted on LiveBonk, and other applications designated by BONK's X account.
