Former Alameda CEO will begin serving his prison sentence on November 7 local time

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison is expected to report to prison on November 7 local time, having been convicted of participating in criminal activities related to the cryptocurrency exchange FTX.

As of the publication of this article, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) website states that Ellison is not currently in custody, but it provides her inmate number along with her age, race, and gender. On September 24, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan sentenced Ellison to two years in prison, and she is expected to surrender as early as November 7.
