ChainCatcher message, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, a certain whale/institution has recently been increasing its position in ETH: the address 0xb99 has added 19,772 ETH (approximately 49.62 million USD) in the last 3 days and continues to accumulate.

This whale/institution has been increasing its ETH holdings since September 17. Over the course of a month and a half, it has withdrawn up to 54,272 ETH (approximately 136.87 million USD) from Binance and Bybit, with an average price of 2,522 USD.
