本周开发人员在会上讨论并协调对以太坊执行层（EL）的修改，再次确认了将 EIP 7742 纳入 Pectra 的决定，作为在升级中增加 blob 容量的前提条件。
Pectra Devnet 4 已于 10 月 18 日启动，Busa 及其团队将在未来几周对 Devnet 4 上的客户端进行进一步测试；此外，开发人员还讨论了 Pectra Devnet 5 应包含的各种规格变更。
