Investment bank Aurum Equity Partners launches a $1 billion tokenized fund
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, investment bank Aurum Equity Partners has announced the launch of a $1 billion tokenized fund that will combine equity and debt assets.
It is reported that this new fund will primarily invest in data center projects in the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Europe. The fund will utilize Zoniqx's asset tokenization solution and the Dynamic Compliance Interoperable Security Token (DyCIST) protocol, and will explore new opportunities for real-world asset tokenization (RWA) using the XRP Ledger (XRPL) blockchain.
Ripple's Chief Technology Officer and XRP Ledger co-founder David Schwartz stated, "Private equity tokenization is an emerging application in the RWA space, aimed at addressing the challenges of market illiquidity and access restrictions."
