ChainCatcher news, according to CNBC, the latest election data shows that with only two weeks left until the election, political donations from the cryptocurrency industry are primarily directed towards Vice President Kamala Harris and several competitive House districts. Ripple co-founder and chairman Chris Larsen has donated over $11.8 million to political action committees (PACs) supporting Harris's campaign, making him one of the largest individual donors from the crypto industry in this election cycle.

In September, Larsen donated $9.9 million to Future Forward PAC, while also contributing over $800,000 to the Harris Victory Fund. Including a $1 million donation of XRP tokens in August, Larsen's total contributions to Harris's campaign have exceeded $11.8 million. Larsen stated that his support for Harris stems from his communication with the campaign team and Harris's performance since she took over as the candidate from Biden in July.
