On October 20, with the launch of the ApeChain mainnet and its official cross-chain bridge on Arbitrum Orbit L3, the price of APE tokens experienced a leap from $0.75 to $1.72. Indeed, the current price of APE is still quite far from its historical peak of $28. However, ApeChain undoubtedly adds new vitality to APE, as it not only becomes the native Gas token of ApeChain but also occupies a core position in the Yuga Labs ecosystem, being used for transaction fees, voting rights in ApeCoin DAO, and as a payment method in Yuga Labs games and IRL purchases.
Additionally, through collaboration with LayerZero, APE has achieved deep integration with LayerZero's OFT standard, enabling seamless transfer of APE between ApeChain, Ethereum, and Arbitrum. LayerZero further revealed that the ApeCoin native revenue mechanism built with Decent allows users to earn revenue from their ApeCoin balance without any manual operation while maintaining full-chain interoperability.
However, we also noticed that some Meme coins on ApeChain have cooled down slightly after a brief surge, with only two Meme coins (CURTIS and BORED) remaining with a market cap of over $10 million.
Data from Dune shows that the asset inflow on the second day after the launch of ApeChain exhibited a significant downward trend. If ApeChain cannot continuously attract and retain more funds, its popularity and liquidity may be difficult to maintain.

Ape Express stated that within 24 hours of its launch, a total of 2,640 tokens were created on the platform, of which 55 tokens completed the joint curve, with trading volume on ApeChain exceeding $50 million.
In addition, Ape Express plans to launch a points reward program in the future to incentivize early adopters (including trading users and token creators). According to official documentation, Ape Express will distribute FUCKIT tokens to participating users based on points at the end of each week. Currently, information about the FUCKIT token is unavailable.
Ape Express also offers a benefit for Bored Ape or Mutant NFT holders, as tokens on its platform can airdrop Meme tokens to NFT holders.

Camelot is the first DEX to support Ape Express. Camelot has previously supported Arbitrum and several L2 and L3 networks based on Arbitrum. The current circulating market cap of Camelot tokens is $17 million, with an FDV of $75 million.
Saru
According to the Ape Express official website, Saru and Camelot are the first exchanges supported on Ape Express; however, Saru has not yet launched. According to Saru's official information, Saru is an ApeCoin native crypto trading protocol supported by Sushi Labs.

Top Trader
Top Trader is a trading simulation platform that currently hosts a tournament every day. Users need to deposit 10 APE as an entry fee, which will be pooled as a reward for users using leverage. Participating users initially receive 10,000 in-game simulated trading currency USDN. On the Top Trader platform, users can choose a minimum leverage of 100 times and a maximum of 1,000 times, with all trades being simulated, and the maximum loss for users is limited to the 10 APE entry fee.
Additionally, to enhance user experience, Top Trader abstracts all on-chain activities using Yuga ID (supported by Privy).

Ape Names
Ape Names will be launched by D3 on October 22 at 22:00. D3 is a next-generation identity company focused on bridging the gap between traditional internet infrastructure and Web3, planning to apply for the .APE TLD (top-level domain), initially supporting the minting and trading of domain names on ApeChain.
In a forum proposal, D3 team members stated that D3 intends to provide relevant APE domain names for each BAYC and MAYC NFT holder (e.g., MACHI * APE, 7065 * APE). Members of the ApeCoin community will have priority to register before other *APE domain names are made available to the public. D3 commits to returning 50% of all total revenue generated to ApeCoin DAO.
However, it is worth noting that applying for a TLD is not an easy task. No entity or individual can directly own a TLD. ICANN grants the exclusive rights to operate and profit from each TLD to specific organizations through contracts, and these TLD authorization contracts are automatically renewed every ten years. D3 stated that the upcoming ICANN application round may open as early as 2025.
