The former engineering director of FTX requests the judge for leniency
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, former FTX engineering director Nishad Singh has requested the judge not to send him to prison due to the collapse of FTX.
In a memorandum submitted to the Manhattan federal judge on Wednesday night, Nishad Singh's lawyer stated that, given his limited role in the FTX bankruptcy case, his close cooperation with investigators, and his commitment to leading a "model life," he should be treated leniently.
