Gate.io announces a $10 million investment in the TON blockchain to boost the development of the Telegram project
ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, Gate.io announced a strategic investment of $10 million in The Open Network (TON) blockchain, aiming to deepen cooperation with the TON Foundation and accelerate project development based on the Telegram platform.
This investment will support the development of multiple new products, including CeFi-driven Telegram mini-programs and Gate Wallet within Telegram. In addition, Gate Group is also participating in the TON Society's Hackers League hackathon, where Gate.io has made a preliminary commitment to a portion of the $2 million total prize pool.
