ChainCatcher message, starting around 18:30 on October 3, hundreds of Telegram users reported issues with connecting to Telegram servers. The most reported problems include issues with sending and receiving messages, as well as other connectivity issues on the application.

It is reported that this connectivity incident has affected users in countries such as Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Russia, the Netherlands, and Germany.
