According to two informed sources, a subcommittee of the CFTC Global Markets Advisory Committee voted to submit these recommendations to the full committee, which is expected to vote on the proposals later this year. The report did not disclose specific recommendations, but the mere act of sending the proposals to the full committee can be seen as a next step.
