此前消息，Jupiter 联创 Meow 发布处理 2.15 亿枚未分配 JUP 代币的提案草案，这些代币源于今年早些时候 Jupuary 空投中未被领取或未重新分配的部分，提案提出了三个选项：
1）将代币用于未来一年的主动质押奖励（ASR）计划；
2）销毁代币；
3）将代币返还给社区多重签名钱包。
根据草案内容，Jupiter 团队“强烈”推荐第一个选项，认为 ASR 计划在促进社区参与和 DAO 投票方面成效显著。
