dYdX plans to shut down version 3 next month, and dYdX Unlimited may launch this fall
ChainCatcher news, the decentralized derivatives trading platform dYdX announced that it will close its v3 version on October 28, 2024, at 20:05 (Beijing time). From now until the closing date, the v3 exchange will operate normally, but users should close their positions and withdraw USDC as soon as possible. After October 30, users can withdraw the total USDC value from their accounts from the Ethereum smart contract, including any open positions.
dYdX emphasizes that user funds are secure and can be withdrawn from the smart contract indefinitely. This closure only affects v3 users; dYdX Chain (v4) and others are not affected.
