SEC Chairman: Maintain a "neutral" stance on blockchain technology
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by FOX Business journalist Eleanor Terrett, during a hearing held by the House Financial Services Committee, SEC Chairman Gary Gensler stated that he maintains a "neutral" stance on blockchain technology.
Gensler stated, "Putting something on a blockchain ledger does not change the economic situation; the key is whether it is a good investment, and we take a neutral stance on that."
