BNB Chain launches gas-free stablecoin payment program to enhance cross-chain liquidity
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, BNB Chain has announced the launch of a gas-free stablecoin transfer program aimed at enhancing stablecoin infrastructure. The program will collaborate with major centralized exchanges and wallets, focusing on three stablecoins: USDT, USDC, and FDUSD, to achieve a faster and lower-cost payment experience.
Gala Wen, Director of Ecosystem Development at BNB Chain, stated that by partnering with "centralized exchanges, wallet providers, and cross-chain bridges," the program aims to create a "gas-free transaction experience." Partners include centralized exchanges such as Binance and Gate.io, as well as wallet service providers like Bitget Wallet and SafePal. Binance's Web3 wallet and Trust Wallet are also expected to join the program.
In terms of cross-chain capabilities, BNB Chain is collaborating with bridging service providers like Celer to "achieve zero-fee transfers and high-quality liquidity," simplifying cross-chain asset transfers. Wen emphasized that the goal of the program is to simplify and expand the use of stablecoins, integrating them into daily life and promoting the widespread Web3 application goals of BNB Chain.
