ChainCatcher message, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin responded to a Twitter user's suggestion that he stop selling ETH, stating: "Yesterday's ETH sale was initiated by a biodefense organization I funded, triggered by an automated CoW Swap TWAP order set up as early as August 29. This is the last order."

It is reported that the time-weighted average price (TWAP) orders launched by the DEX aggregator CoW Swap allow traders to spread trades over a specified period to smooth out market price fluctuations and achieve an average market price position.
