ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the DePIN project Spacecoin plans to provide high-speed internet services to underdeveloped areas by launching nanosatellites. The project has the support of U.S. military generals, lunar scientists, NASA astronauts, and blockchain industry experts.

Spacecoin will utilize blockchain technology to manage data transmission, allowing users to pay network fees with cryptocurrency. The first satellite, CTC-0, is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024, aiming to establish a global 5G network at a lower cost to help bridge the digital divide.
