Hana Financial and SK Telecom have respectively acquired 25% and 10% stakes in BitGo Korea

ChainCatcher news, global digital asset custody company BitGo announced that its Korean subsidiary BitGo Korea has introduced Hana Financial Group and SK Telecom as strategic investors. Hana Financial and SK Telecom have respectively acquired 25% and 10% stakes in BitGo Korea.

BitGo currently holds approximately $70 billion in assets and has processed a total of about $3 trillion in assets. BitGo Korea is applying for ISMS certification and VASP qualification.

Hana Financial will enhance user protection through collaboration, while SK Telecom plans to integrate its certification and security technologies with BitGo's services.
