Quidax has become the first cryptocurrency exchange licensed by the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax has announced that it has become the first cryptocurrency exchange to obtain a temporary operating license for digital asset exchanges issued by the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
It is reported that Quidax operates as a registered cryptocurrency exchange in Nigeria, as the country begins to formally recognize and urgently regulate the cryptocurrency industry.
