ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, cryptocurrency executives and industry advocacy groups plan to raise $100,000 for U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in hopes of persuading her to take a lenient stance on cryptocurrency after she wins the presidential election in November.

It is reported that the organization plans to hold a fundraising event in Washington on September 13, with ticket prices ranging from $500 to $5,000.

The report states that although Harris has been relatively silent on cryptocurrency compared to Trump, some industry insiders still support Harris over her competitor Trump.
