Data: Bitcoin long-term holders increased their holdings by over 260,000 BTC in August

ChainCatcher news, long-term holders of Bitcoin increased their holdings by 262,000 BTC in August, bringing their total holdings to 14.82 million BTC, which accounts for 75% of the total supply.

"Top holders" are also staying low-key, with 7 out of the top 10 anonymous Bitcoin wallets having been inactive for over two years, holding 237,816 BTC (worth $14.04 billion), which represents 1.2% of the circulating supply.
