Puffer Finance: Plans to conduct TGE in Q4 and launch the governance token PUFI
ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the decentralized infrastructure provider Puffer Finance has released its latest roadmap update. According to the announcement, Puffer plans to conduct a Token Generation Event (TGE) in early Q4 this year, launching the governance token PUFI.
In addition, Puffer stated that the current Total Value Locked (TVL) exceeds 500,000 ETH, and the ecosystem continues to grow. More than 5,000 node operators have contributed to its decentralized infrastructure. UniFi AVS will be launched at the end of August, which is the first AVS that powers UniFi-based rollups and provides pre-confirmation for L2 transactions. The Puffer UniFi rollup testnet will go live in September, as the first atomically composable rollup, allowing users to instantly withdraw funds back to L1 within the same block. Puffer Restaking V2 is scheduled for release in early Q4, which will introduce advanced features such as fast track rewards and global mandatory anti-slashing, while reducing the collateral requirements for node operators by 50%. The withdrawal system will open in early Q4.
