Indonesian Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi revealed that the Ministry of Communication and Information has issued strong warnings to the two platforms, and the responses from Telegram and BIGO LIVE have been insufficient. Budi Arie Setiadi stated: "I hope to ban the aforementioned software immediately, but the team needs to conduct further research first."
