ChainCatcher news, Celsius' bankruptcy administrator stated in its first payment status report that over $2.53 billion has been allocated to approximately 251,000 creditors.

These payments were made in liquid cryptocurrency and cash at the price as of January 16. The administrator indicated in court documents submitted on Monday that they covered about two-thirds of all eligible creditors of cryptocurrency lenders, accounting for approximately 93% of the eligible value. Additionally, there are 121,000 eligible creditors with an average allocation of about $1,500 who have not yet successfully claimed their allocation. The document states: "Of the remaining creditors, about 64,000 have allocations of less than $100, and about 41,000 have allocations between $100 and $1,000." "Given the small amounts involved for many creditors, they may lack the incentive to take the necessary steps to successfully claim their allocations."
