ChainCatcher news, Rumble founder Chris Pavlovski posted on social media, "I’m a bit late to the party because ------ I just safely left Europe. France has already threatened Rumble, and now they have crossed the line by arresting Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, reportedly for not censoring speech. Rumble will not tolerate this behavior and will use all legal means to fight for the universal human right of freedom of speech. We are currently fighting in the French courts and hope that Pavel Durov will be released immediately."

It is reported that Rumble is an online video platform with web hosting and cloud services, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with its U.S. headquarters located in Longboat Key, Florida.
