It is reported that he withdrew 250 BTCB (approximately 15.21 million USD) from Binance as collateral to borrow 10 million U on Venus, then purchased 3727.7 ETH, and subsequently continued to use the ETH as collateral to borrow 7 million U to deposit in Binance, which is expected to continue buying ETH.
