ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the representative lawyer of Bitcoin Fog founder Roman Sterlingov opposed a "long" prison sentence after his money laundering conviction. In a document submitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on August 15, Sterlingov's legal team did not seem to propose a specific sentencing recommendation in response to the prosecutor's request for a 20 to 30-year sentence, claiming that the government's recommendation was "unfounded" based on sentencing in similar cases.
