ChainCatcher news, Blur and Blast co-founder Pacman recently tweeted to announce a new incentive policy for the Blast ecosystem. The main changes include:

  • New "Cultural" category: Meme coins and NFT projects will directly receive gold incentives.

  • Asset incentives: Projects can now allocate gold to native assets (subject to Blast Foundation review).

Pacman stated that these changes are the first step in supporting Blast assets, and adjustments will be made in the future based on the implementation results.

He also mentioned that it is unfortunate that the Pacmoon project decided to migrate before this policy was introduced, but he respects their decision. The incentives originally planned for Pacmoon will be distributed to previous holders based on snapshots taken two weeks before and after the TGE.

Previous news, the Blast community token PacMoon announced its migration from Blast to Solana, and will receive an airdrop on Solana based on the PAC burned.
