Nexera: The NXRA token contract has been suspended, and the team is investigating the contract vulnerability
ChainCatcher news, Nexera announced that the team is investigating a vulnerability involving a smart contract containing the NXRA token. The investigation results have not yet been finalized, but some information can be shared:
The NXRA token contract has been paused, trading on the DEX has stopped, and we are working with CEX to halt trading;
We advise everyone to stop trading. We are continuing to investigate the vulnerability and will return as soon as possible with follow-up actions. We will prioritize resolving this issue.
Previous news, according to the Cyvers Alerts system monitoring, there were suspicious transactions in the on-chain order book protocol Nexera's proxy contract, where a certain address gained ownership of the proxy contract and upgraded it. Shortly after, that address used the withdrawal management function to transfer all NXRA tokens. The address is currently selling all tokens for ETH, and some funds have already been bridged to the BNB chain, with total estimated losses of about $1.5 million.
