This feature offers more natural real-time conversations, supporting interruptions and emotional awareness. OpenAI plans to make it available to all Plus users in the fall, with video and screen sharing features to be launched later.
To ensure safety, OpenAI has tested GPT-4o in 45 languages and implemented privacy protection and content moderation measures. The company will release a detailed capability and safety assessment report in early August. This testing aims to further enhance the safety and user experience of the advanced voice experience.
