Sources: Harris's campaign team has begun reaching out to the cryptocurrency industry

According to ChainCatcher, The Block reported that a source who spoke with a member of Vice President Kamala Harris's campaign team said that Vice President Harris's presidential campaign team has begun to actively inquire about issues related to the cryptocurrency industry.

The source stated that Harris's team wants to learn more about cryptocurrency and described the discussions as "relatively high-level introductory conversations." Her team asked why cryptocurrency has received so much attention and wanted to learn more about past conversations the cryptocurrency industry had with President Biden's advisors. "My impression is that they understand this is important," the source said. "They want to have a position on it… they will take their time."
