ApeCoin DAO has proposed to open an Ape-themed hotel in the city center of Bangkok, Thailand

According to ChainCatcher's message, the Snapshot information shows that ApeCoin DAO has initiated proposal AIP-448 to establish an Ape-themed hotel in a prime location in downtown Bangkok, Thailand. The aim is to enhance the exposure, recognition, and utility of ApeCoin's BAYC IP, as well as to generate actual revenue for ApeCoin DAO.

It is reported that after the themed rooms are completed, ApeCoin DAO will receive 50% of the room revenue within a year. ApeCoin DAO will also earn revenue from all themed rooms (including APE, BAYC, Otherside, Apechain, Mocaverse), and the funds will be returned to the DAO treasury on a quarterly basis. The hotel will be responsible for local compliance and settlement of the funds. The related voting is scheduled to end on August 1, with the current approval rate at 92.14%.
