What is $UXLINK?
$UXLINK is the governance token of the UXLINK social platform and ecosystem, with significant utility. Developers use $UXLINK to achieve social growth, and users use $UXLINK to pay transaction fees. $UXLINK can be used to access the value of the entire UXLINK ecosystem.
What is the value
- Ecosystem partners and developers need to buy and hold $UXLINK to call UXLINK's protocols and basic services.
- Users need to buy and hold $UXLINK to pay transaction fees / commissions / gas fees.
- $UXLINK can be staked to earn token rewards from other projects within the UXLINK ecosystem.
- The maximum supply of $UXLINK is fixed, and with the increase in users and consumption scenarios, it is expected to maintain deflation in the long term, making it a necessity within the ecosystem.
Airdrop rules and process for UXLINK governance token $UXLINK
Thanks to the UXLINK community for their feedback and suggestions on the UXLINK airdrop rules and process. After collecting a large amount of feedback, the airdrop rules and process for the UXLINK governance token are as follows:
1. Overall distribution and unlocking cycle of UXLINK tokens
At TGE, UXLINK will generate 1 billion tokens, with the overall distribution and unlocking cycle as follows:
2. Airdrop ratio and initial circulating supply at TGE
The initial circulating supply is 17%, with the community airdrop ratio being 10%, liquidity provision 3%, market activities 3%, and 1% profit allocated to UFLY Labs to support community ecosystem development.
3. Target audience for the airdrop
Based on the UXLINK white paper, 65% will be allocated to the community, with 40% for users and 25% for developers and partners in the ecosystem.
Users include: UXLINK NFT holders and UXLINK community contributors who do not yet hold UXLINK NFTs.
4. Rules for the first season UXLINK S1 airdrop
All eligible users for the first season airdrop will have their wallet addresses and UXLINK accounts scored for quality, including the following:
- UXLINK social contribution scoring, with main scoring indicators including: user profile completeness, user interaction activity with UXLINK, and user social relationship chain activity.
- Professional third-party TRUSTA LABS witch identification: identification through AI-ML clustering algorithms.
- Third-party wallet certification: addresses participating in UXLINK activities through third-party wallets will have address certification provided by third-party wallets.
- Third-party partner whitelist certification: addresses participating in third-party partner airdrop activities will have whitelist address certification provided by third-party partners.
Factors that may affect quality scoring include:
- Addresses certified by third parties as suspected witch accounts.
- Addresses that used third-party wallets to connect and participate in activities but did not pass third-party wallet certification.
- Addresses with low social network value in UXLINK.
- Addresses participating in third-party activities that did not pass third-party activity whitelist certification.
Users can receive a 100% airdrop under the following conditions:
- Users who purchased NFTs through official channels using ETH.
- Users with high scores in UXLINK social contributions.
- Users identified through professional third-party witch identification.
- Users with third-party wallet address certification.
- Users who received whitelist certification from partners.
5. Airdrop handling plan for users temporarily failing quality scoring
- If they self-report within 3 days, they can immediately receive a 15% token airdrop compensation, with the remaining 85% of tokens redistributed to qualified community contributors through staking and redistribution, maintaining transparency.
- If they do not self-report, they can submit appeal materials and evidence within 6 months, with the community conducting evaluation and review. Those approved will receive a 100% airdrop, while those not approved will not receive an airdrop. The tokens not airdropped will be redistributed to qualified community contributors through staking and redistribution, maintaining transparency.
- If they neither self-report nor appeal, they will not receive an airdrop. The tokens not airdropped will be redistributed to qualified community contributors through staking and redistribution, maintaining transparency.
6. Utility of UXLINK governance token $UXLINK
- The governance token reflects the project's value and has voting rights.
- Developers and partners need to pay $UXLINK to call UXLINK's protocols, data, and connect Dapps.
- Users need to pay $UXLINK as transaction fees / gas fees for using UXLINK services.
- $UXLINK is also the token of the UXLINK social ecosystem, allowing holders to benefit from ecosystem projects, and every ecosystem partner must hold and use $UXLINK.
7. About the 1% profit and airdropping part of the profit to qualified community builders
UXLINK's profits mainly come from commissions and earnings from community ecosystem partners and community users, which should be invested in UXLINK project development.
The purpose of the airdrop is to allow more users who have contributed to the UXLINK community but have not yet minted NFTs to participate, which is an important part of UXLINK's guidance and education for new users.
1% of the profit is used to support ecosystem development, with future grants and investments for more outstanding projects, maintaining transparency.
8. About the second season UXLINK S2 airdrop plan
Like most airdrops, UXLINK needs to summarize and check the data. The first batch of AIRDROP is only for S1 users, and the S2 airdrop will be later than S1. At that time, we will still seek community opinions on the S2 airdrop based on community feedback.
